Shipping Policy — RootVeil

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after you receive it.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at rootveil84@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
